I experienced a glimpse of being in a state of bliss consciousness in a dream a month ago. It was the briefest of moments before I was awakening and wanting to go back to the dream and find out how I got to that feeling (a wonderful lightness and ease) – and how to get back there!! : )

Haven’t been too successful with meditation, would like to be better! Yes, still recalI some dreams from childhood quite vividly! I love all the arts, have am looking to take up study either visual arts, writing, theatre… if you’re doing readings again I’ll be saving up for one to help me on this !
